With more than 23 years in the business, Carla understands the state of mind people are in when they walk through the doors at Clive Hair Clinics. It’s Carla’s empathy and personal approach that guides people on their journey to improve the health of their hair and embrace life again with new-found confidence.

Made in New Zealand, our specialised range of hair care products has been developed through 65 years of expertise and innovation. A natural alternative to prescription drugs, our drug-free treatments stimulate hair growth and improve circulation in affected areas. We partner with New Zealand’s leading cosmetics manufacturer, Shieling Laboratories to formulate bespoke products with quality ingredients proven to work.

Our caring, results-focussed approach is combined with our drive for innovation and excellence. Product Director Nigel Hunt leads the way, constantly striving for better products, cutting-edge ingredients and earth-friendly packaging. Our bottles are made from sugar cane, we offer a refill service and our Return for Recycling programme helps to close the loop; ensuring our packaging stays out of the landfill.
A Proud Heritage
Founded in 1959, we’re New Zealand’s oldest and leading trichologist clinic. Over the years, we’ve worked closely with women and men of all ages to address their concerns and help them achieve stronger, healthier hair. Clive Hair Clinics was the vision of Rory and Lynne Plumridge, who have helped thousands of New Zealanders regain hair and confidence since the business began. Today, their daughter Carla continues the vision of naturally healthy hair for all.
